TDP Leader Repeatedly Rapes Dachepalle Girl, Impregnates Her

Dachepalle: Close on the heels of the rape incident that shook  Guntur, yet another case of rape has been reported from Dachepalle. A TDP leader was arrested for raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl in Guntur district. The incident came to light after the victim complained of stomach pain.

Getting into details, the victim, a native of Gurajala village of Dachepalle had been working under TDP leader Mabuvali, a member of mandal parishad. She stopped pursuing her studies after her mother's death and was put into labour work by her sister. Their father is a potter.

It is learned that the TDP leader had been sexually violating the girl from the past few months and impregnated her.

On learning about the issue, the villagers and family lodged a complaint against the accused, who was taken into custody under the posco act.

In the preliminary investigation, the Gurajala DSP Prasad learned some shocking details according to which  the place where the victim was raped was close to where Subbaiah lived. Subbaiah was an auto rickshaw driver, who was  accused in a minor girl rape case that created quite a furore in the village.
