RC16: Shivaraj Kumar to Join Ram Charan After Battling Cancer

Legendary Kannada actor Shivaraj Kumar, who recently underwent surgery for bladder cancer, is on the road to recovery and preparing to return to work. The veteran star had his cancerous bladder removed at the Miami Cancer Institute in Florida, where doctors reconstructed it using portions of his small intestine. After returning to India last month, he has been focusing on regaining his health.

In a recent media interaction, Shivaraj Kumar shared insights into his recovery journey and upcoming projects. Despite undergoing major surgery and multiple chemotherapy sessions, which led to weight loss and a reduced appetite, he remains optimistic. He expressed that he is adapting to life with a neobladder and embracing the process of recovery.

Shivaraj Kumar's Upcoming Projects

The doctors have given him the green light to resume acting but have advised him to avoid excessive physical strain. Following their guidance, Shivaraj Kumar is set to return to the sets of his 131st film on March 2nd for a brief shooting schedule.

After completing a few days of filming, he will then join the cast of Ram Charan's upcoming film, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Following this, he plans to work on another Kannada project.

Despite the challenges, Shivaraj Kumar remains determined to continue his cinematic journey. Fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the big screen, and his resilience stands as an inspiration to many.
