Ravi Prakash - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: In connection with the cheating and forgery case filed against former TV9 CEO V Ravi Prakash, the Cyberabad Cyber Crime (CCS) police conducted interrogation for three days. The police will submit all the evidence related to the case in the High Court on Monday.

Speaking to the media, Cyber Crime ACP Ch Y Srinivas Kumar said that further investigation would be conducted in accordance with the directions of the court.

Mentioning that the police did not receive any satisfactory information even after questioning Ravi Prakash for three consecutive days, Mr Kumar said that Ravi Prakash did not cooperate with the police nor produced any documentary evidence to substantiate his contention.

Due to this, the police have decided to submit all the electronic evidence seized along with the information collected from the witnesses during the investigation to the court on Monday.

The former TV9 chief executive officer evaded arrest in the forgery and cheating case for nearly a month. He finally appeared before the Hyderabad police last week according to the directions of the Supreme Court after being denied anticipatory bail by the apex court. During the three-day questioning by the Cyber Crime officials, it is reported that Ravi Prakash was unwilling to cooperate with the police and evaded several questions posed by them.
