CCS Grills Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash For Six Hours On Day 3

Hyderabad: Former TV9 CEO V Ravi Prakash appeared for the third time, before the Banjara Hills police for enquiry in connection with the cheating and forgery case filed against him on Saturday.

It is reported that Ravi Prakash continued to evade questions and did not cooperate with the police. For a few questions asked, he answered sarcastically and claimed that he was correct in his action about the sale of the TV 9 logos. The police recorded the entire investigation.

According to the sources, Ravi Prakash submitted documents regarding the sale of the TV 9 logos. The police sent the documents to the Forensic lab for verification. He was interrogated for another six hours starting from morning 11.00 am. He repeatedly stated that he was legally correct in selling the TV 9 Logos to Mojo TV

Speaking to the media ACP Srinivasa Rao said that the Cyberabad Cyber crime officials were in the process of verifying his statements. Based on this they would initiate further action against Ravi Prakash and if need be they would call him again for further investigation. It is said that there would be further delay in arresting him as the police are still awaiting legal opinion as to what further course of action they could take against the former CEO of TV 9.

It is reported that after interrogation he went to the Press Club at Somajiguda and spoke to a person there and left without meeting anyone there.
