Young Producer Raghavendra Pujari Aims to Continue Making Films While Pursuing Engineering
The shooting of the upcoming psychological thriller Lucy has been successfully completed. Touted as a mind-bending suspense thriller, the film promises an engaging cinematic experience filled with mystery, unexpected twists, and intense thrills.
What makes the project even more special is its producer, Raghavendra Poojari, who is currently pursuing his first year of B.Tech at NIT Warangal. He is being introduced as one of Tollywood's youngest producers, balancing his engineering education while stepping into film production at a remarkably young age.
Produced under the Sainma Studios banner and presented by Andalamma Pictures, Lucy marks the beginning of Raghavendra Poojari's journey in Telugu cinema. Despite being a full-time engineering student, he has set his sights on producing a series of films in Tollywood while continuing his studies, hoping to inspire young people to pursue their academic goals alongside their passions.
The film is written and directed by Mahadev Chiranjeevi, while Ashish Pasula and Kiran Patteti serve as co-producers.
The cast includes Charan Raj, Shashank Balu, Prashanthi Yede, Balveer Singh, and Ranjith Nagelli in key roles.
On the technical front, MC has handled both cinematography and editing, Viyan has composed the music, and Nagesh Adapa serves as the executive producer.
With filming now complete, the makers have moved into post-production. The teaser, trailer, and official release date are expected to be announced soon. The team is confident that Lucy will offer a fresh and gripping experience for fans of psychological thrillers.
