CMAT 2026 Registration Ends Today, Nov 24: Apply at cmat.nta.nic.in

The registration process for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 is set to end today, November 24, 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the examination, will deactivate the application link by the end of the day. Students who are yet to apply must visit the official portal cmat.nta.nic.in and complete their forms at the earliest.

Although the registration window shuts today, applicants still have time to pay the exam fee. The fee payment facility will remain open until November 25, 2025, giving candidates an additional day to complete the transaction.

CMAT 2026 Correction Window

Once the application deadline passes, NTA will activate the correction window on November 26, 2025. Candidates can edit or update their details until November 28, 2025. After this period, no further changes will be allowed.

Exam Pattern and Structure

CMAT 2026 will be held as a computer-based test lasting three hours. The exam evaluates candidates across five major sections:

  • Quantitative Techniques
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Language Comprehension
  • General Awareness
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship

The test will consist of 100 questions, carrying a total of 400 marks.

Each correct response earns 4 marks

Every incorrect answer results in a deduction of 1 mark

No marks will be added or deducted for questions left unanswered

The paper will be available only in English. CMAT scores will be used for admissions into various management programmes for the academic session 2026–27.

To sit for the CMAT 2026 examination, candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution
  • Students in their final year of graduation, who expect their results before the 2026–27 admission cycle begins, are also eligible to apply

  • Step 7: Print a copy of the confirmation for future reference

The fee structure for CMAT 2026 is as follows:

  • General (Male): ₹2,500
  • General (Female): ₹1,250
  • Gen-EWS / OBC-NCL / SC / ST / PwD / PwBD / Third-gender: ₹1,250
