MP P Ravindra Babu Slams Chandrababu Over Corruption In The Government

Hyderabad: Amalapuram MP P Ravindra Babu, who joined YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) on Monday, lambasted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu over the corruption, which is taking place in his government. Prior to this, he resigned for the Telugu Desam Party and MP position.

He said that the corruption in AP government has reached the pinnacle point and Chandrababu’s government is working for only one particular caste, leaving ST, SC, BC and minorities aside.

Ravindra Babu pointed out that the development in the state has not improved by 1%; because Chandrababu has sidetracked the development of education, employment and primary infrastructure being busy with his personal motives. However, he promoted graphics in the name of Amaravati and Polavaram project in the state along with New Delhi.

Leader from Amalapuram confirmed that leader of the opposition Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been fighting for the SCS unlike, Chandrababu because of whom AP was not granted Speical Category Status(SCS).  He reminded YS Jagan’s call that if 25 MPs’ from the state resign then Central government is compelled to grant SCS, but Chandrababu did not heed this and ridiculed the YSRCP MPs’ who resigned and took up the protest for SCS.

Ravindra Babu asserted that development of the state, SCS and solution to Dalit issues is possible with YS Jagan and that is why he has joined the YSRCP. He pointed out that Chandrababu has spent Rs 300 crore for the repairs of government buildings in Hyderabad, but ran away to Amaravati as he was caught red-handed in the Vote for Note case.

Ravindra Babu pointed out an instance where his name was taken off from the papers despite standing up for public issues in his constituency and getting a grant of Rs 100 crore only because he was Dalit. He added that it was because of Chandrababu AP has not got the SCS and Speical package.

TDP has been with BJP for the four years but now towards the end of the term, they are blaming BJP. Ravindra Babu added that the state's economy has gone down the hill and SCS push it up. He wondered if Chandrababu is not able to satiate the growing popularity of YS Jagan and that is why he sported a black shirt.

Chandrababu has done navanirmana Deeksha while he was with BJP and Dharma porata Deeksha being with Congress. Only to hoodwink the people of AP Ravindra Babu remarked that Chandrababu forged an alliance with Congress in the recently held elections in Telangana and lost. He asserted that Chandrababu was not capable of being a Chief Minister.

“Believing in the statements made by Chandrababu that AP is going to be granted SCS, I stayed back in the party not got late in joining YSRCP,” he added.

Ravindra Babu remembered the reign of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy and praised him for solving the issues of Dalits, BCs, minorities, in the same way, YS Jagan is also adept in solving their issues, it is evident with speeches which give goosebumps.

He observed that if the state has to be developed then it is only possible with YS Jagan. It used to be Ambedkar and now it is YS Jagan.

P Ravindra Babu pointed out that, Chandrababu is diabolical in nature, whoever criticizes him will be countered by the same person’s community and pleaded with the people from the Dalit community to not comment on him. He pointed out that he left the party after his conscience did not agree. MP Vijayasai Reddy, former MP YV Subba Reddy, Mithun Reddy and Avanthi Srinivas were present.
