YS Jagan Attack: Doctors Review YSRCP Chief’s Health Status

Hyderabad: The doctors at the City Neuro Hospital in the city confirmed that Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was keeping good health after conducting health check-up once again on Saturday. Hospital MD Sambasiva Reddy said the YSRCP Chief needed to take a week's rest following a surgery on his left shoulder. In YS Jagan's blood samples after the knife attack, it was found that Aluminium content was found in excess of normal levels after laboratory examination, he added.

AP Leader of Opposition YS Jagan was discharged from the hospital on Friday afternoon after he received treatment for the injury he suffered in a murder attempt on him at Visakhapatnam on Thursday. A group of doctors at the hospital - Dr. Chandrashekar Reddy, Dr. Shiva Reddy, Dr. Madhusudhan and Dr. Gnaneshwar - had carried out a surgery on YS Jagan's shoulder, that needed nine sutures. The YSRCP Chief is wearing a surgical bag as advised by the doctors.

The doctors further said that he needed a week's rest to recover from the injury fully and for effective prevention of infections.
