Shirtless Charan Workout In Freezing Temperature, Upasana Fida

After Mahesh Babu and Namrata the next in line Tollywood's most adored couple are Ram Charan and Upasana. Upasana who of late has been posting interesting posts about healthy cooking and recipes sometimes also shares interesting tidbits on Ram Charan and this time around Upasana has updated Ram Charan's fans on his fitness secrets on a regular basis. These interesting posts are driving Ram Charan's fans into a frenzy considering that he is putting in so much effort for his new physique for Boyapati Seenu's Vinaya Vidheya Rama.

He has beefed up considerably for VVR in contrast to his rustic role in Rangasthalam, not to mention his body tattoos which are a rage now.

She recently posted a video of Ram Charan working out in the freezing cold temperatures when they had gone for a shoot in Azerbaijan for Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Ram Charan was seen exercising to tone up his muscles for a shot, had gone shirtless and looks very much the quintessential Rambo star and Upasana also used the name RAM bo in the video .
