Provide Beer To Our District: Voter Asks KCR

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Voters of Telangana have opted for a unique way to send in their requests to the state Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. The elections to MPTC and ZPTC were conducted recently in Telangana in three phases and the State Election Commission used ballot papers for the polls.

The voters along with the ballot papers used for voting left letters inside the ballot boxes with their demands. Some of the demands are really eccentric. A voter from Peddapally left a letter demanding KCR to make Garrepally village in Sultanabad Mandal in Peddapally district as a mandal. He further mentioned that the village has all the facilities to be named as a Mandal.

In another request, a voter from Jagtial district addressed a letter to the Chief Minister seeking Kingfisher beer. Seeking the request on behalf of the people in the district, the voter stated that there no supply of Kingfisher beer in Jagtial, due to which they had to travel to other districts. Hence, he asked KCR to address this particular request.
