Hyderabad Hare Krishna Golden Temple to Host 7th Annual Brahmotsavam from November 14–19
The Hare Krishna Golden Temple in Hyderabad is set to host its 7th Annual Brahmotsavam from November 14 to 19, marking six days of vibrant spiritual celebrations. The invitation poster and complete schedule for the grand festival were unveiled by Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa, President of the Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, during a special event.
Continuing its cherished ancient traditions, the temple celebrates this auspicious event every year to honor the Lord through elaborate rituals, kirtans, and devotional activities.
Brahmotsavam 2025 Schedule and Highlights
The festivities will begin on November 14 with Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Moolavar and Utsavar Abhishekam in the early morning, followed by Vainatheya Prathista and Ankurarpana in the evening.
On November 15, devotees will witness Dwaja Arohanam and other important rituals, culminating in Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Unjala Seva in the evening.
The next day, November 16, will feature the powerful Maha Sudarshana Homa, Hanumad Vahanam, and Sri Radha Govinda Jhulan Utsav.
The most sacred events of the festival are scheduled for November 17 and 19. On November 17, the temple will host the divine Sri Bhu Sametha Narasimha Swamy Kalyanotsavam in the evening, following a morning Chappan Bhog offering. The celebrations continue on November 18 with Garuda Vahanam and Jhulan Utsav.
The grand finale on November 19 will begin with Maha Purnahuthi, Utsavar Abhishekam, and Chakra Snanam in the morning. This will be followed by the majestic 108 Kalasha Maha Churnabhishekam to Sri Sri Radha Govinda, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, Sri Nitai Gauranga, and Srila Prabhupada Utsavar Deities, concluding with a Maha Samprokshana in the evening.
Divine Festivities and Decorations
Throughout the six days, the deities will be adorned with Vishesha Alankara (special decorations), Nava Vastras (new garments), and exquisite jewellery. The temple will come alive with floral arrangements and ecstatic Harinama Sankirtana, filling the atmosphere with devotion and joy.
Speaking about the event, Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa said,
“We are joyfully celebrating the 7th Sri Brahmotsavam at Telangana’s First Golden Temple with six days of divine festivities. The celebrations uphold our ancient traditions of honoring the Lord through rituals, kirtans, and devotional service.”
He also extended a heartfelt invitation to devotees and the general public to participate and receive the blessings of the Supreme Lord.
