February 13 is not a bank holiday and all banks across India will function as usual, as it is a regular working day with no scheduled public holiday, festival, or special observance.

According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) holiday calendar, banks remain closed only on designated national holidays, specific state-declared holidays, and on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month, along with Sundays. Since February 13 does not coincide with any of these categories, banking operations will continue normally in all states.

Therefore, banks in states such as Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and others will operate without interruption.
