Happy Birthday Prithviraj Sukumaran First Look From Salaar Revealed

Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran turned 39 today ( Sunday ) and to celebrate the actor’s birthday the makers of Prabhas upcoming film Salaar revealed the first look of the actor’s role in the film. Hombale Films shared the first look of the actor as -Vardharaja Mannaar from the much-awaited movie.

Prithviraj who is a superstar in the Malayalam film industry joined the Salaar team in June of this year, and this was confirmed by Prabhas during an interview when his Radhe Shyam was released. Salaar is said to be using employed Dark Centric Theme (DCT) technology to shoot the film, which also makes it the first Indian film to use this format. The film's lighting pattern and color palette would be darker in color. This is obviously evident in the first-look posters released by Salaar makers. Prithviraj in his fiery new look in the film with the nose ring and the tribal jewelry is something totally different from the way audience have seen him on screen and of course, this has led to much curiosity among his fans and the KGF fans as to what his role could be. Whether he plays one of the antagonists or Prabhas' friend in the film is awaited. As of now, fans are super impressed to see the suave Prithiviraj Sukumaran turn baddie and play a huge character on the screen in this film.

KGF franchise director Prashanth Neel who has a penchant for making dark films set in dusty mines has shot in the coal miles of Godavarikhani in Telangana for the initial shoot. We can say that the KGF director has created the ‘ Prashanth Neel Noir’ kind of film and the new combination of watching Prithviraj and Prabhas together will surely be interesting.

Salaar also stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, and Sriya Reddy in key roles. The music is composed by Ravi Basrur,while the cinematography is handled by Bhuvan Gowda. The movie will be released in five languages and is scheduled to be released worldwide in theatres on September 28, 2023.
