AP High Court Recruitment: Apply For Civil Judge Posts; Check Details

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court is accepting applications for the position of Civil Judge (Junior Division).

Total Number of Posts: 22 (Direct Recruitment – 18, Transfer Method – 04)

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors Degree in Law.

Age Limit: Not to exceed 35 years as of 01.07.2021.

Salary: Rs.27,700 to Rs.44,770;

Selection Procedure: Shortlisting, a computerised screening exam, a written test, and a viva voce will all be used to choose candidates.

Examination Procedure: Shortlisted candidates will initially take a 100-marks computer-based screening test. The mode of this test is Multiple Choice. The exam lasts two hours. Candidates who score more than 40% on this exam will be chosen in a 1:10 ratio for the written test.

The written exam comprises three papers in total. The applicants' academic knowledge will be assessed based on this test. They will conduct civil and criminal law exams, as well as an English translation and essay writing exam. Each paper is worth a total of 100 marks. Each paper will take 3 hours to complete. Viva Voice is done for 50 marks.
