Mahesh Babu Is A Punctual Actor: Maharshi Second Female Lead

Superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Maharshi' is talk of the town since its announcement for many reasons than one. The excitement around the 'Maharshi' amongst his fans is palpable. Undoubtedly, 'Maharshi' is a hugely awaited film of the year. The 'Maharshi' teaser and first look poster have received overwhelming response and earned appreciation from all corners.

We told you several times that 'Maharshi' features Pooja Hegde as the female lead and Allari Naresh will be essaying the role of Mahesh Babu's friend in the movie. Now, we hear, there is a new addition to the cast of the movie.

She is none other than Meenakshi Dixit, a familiar face to Mahesh fans. Don't scratch your heads, she featured in the special song peppy from Mahesh Babu's 'Dookudu' which was a blockbuster hit in his career. This time, Meenakshi is likely to play another female lead in the movie.

Whoa! It now remains to be seen which actress will Mahesh Babu have a good chemistry with—will it be Pooja Hegde or Meenakshi in 'Maharshi'? Mahesh Babu is yet to start the promotional activities of 'Maharshi' for which a month is left to release in theatres. Mahesh Babu is probably on a break from his hectic schedule before movie promotions starts.

Meenakshi has already started promoting her role in 'Maharshi'. When she was quizzed about her role in 'Maharshi', she didn't reveal much about her role but sang praises about Mahesh Babu. She stated that "Mahesh Babu is a very punctual actor and said she loved his commitment towards work. It is really great fun to work with him".
