Katrina Breaks Silence Over Mahesh Movie Role  

Undoubtedly, Superstar Mahesh Babu is one of the finest actors in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. He has carved a niche for himself and is a much-sought after star. Who would pass up an opportunity to work with him? Not a director or co-star who knows what success is. Mahesh Babu has climbed to the top by dint of his hard work and consistent effort.

Currently, he has been shooting for his upcoming movie Maharshi. Latest reports reveal that Mahesh's Maharshi is on the verge of completion. It is learnt that the makers are all set to kickstart post-production work of dubbing and other related work, from the last week of February. His fans are super excited about his development and are eagerly awaiting Maharshi's release. They are curious to know the details of the new movie.

Just a while back, it was rumoured that Mahesh Babu is going to team up with Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif. It took a while for his fans to get a grip on this possibility. Meanwhile, Katrina seemed to have dashed all their hopes by opening up on featuring in Mahesh Babu-Sukumar's yet to be launched movie. "I haven’t signed anything after Bharat. As for your question, no, I haven’t even been approached for the film," she reportedly added.

Katrina it maybe recalled, made her debut in Telugu with Venkatesh Daggubati's Malliswari. She also worked with Balakrishna in Allari Pidugu which turned out to be super hit at the box office.

Work-wise, Katrina is occupied with Bharat which marks third collaboration of her with director Ali Abbas Zafar. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra was considered a leading lady in Bharat. Due to her sudden exit, Ali Abbas Zafar who shares a good rapport with Katrina convinced her to be part of the movie. Salman Khan is the main lead in Bharat which will hit the marquee on Eid this year.
