Andhra Pradesh: A crucial meeting will be held by the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet on the 20th of January, to make a decision over the State's Capital. A high power committee report will be submitted on January 17, and that will also be discussed in a meeting scheduled to happen on the day of the cabinet meeting.

The High Power Committee has already met on Monday this week and has come to an understanding of what the report would entail. However, they are keeping the submission of the final report till Friday, so that Farmers can raise their concerns either by Email or in person.

While on the other hand, arrangements are being made by the government to shift the secretariat to Vishakhapatnam. For this, the officials are scouting for buildings to shift the secretariat and the Chief Minister's Camp office in Vishakhapatnam.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has come up with a decision to form an Amaravati Municipal commission to help the farmers of 29 villages.
