YS Jagan Interacts With BC Leaders

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Chief and leader of the opposition , Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had a meeting with the YSRCP BC leaders at his residence in Lotus Pond today. He discussed about various issues related to the special study committee for the Backward Castes and the future course of action to be taken by the party with them. They also spoke about how to disseminate what the YSRCP wants to do for the BC communities and also how to make people aware about Chandrababu Naidu's atrocities and omissions he had done so far in the past five years.

YS Jagan had earlier decided and said that if elected to power, they would set up separate corporations for each caste and also provide financial aid to them. With regard to the BCs a separate committee which would address the needs of the various communities was already set. The Committee has travelled across the state and studied about their state of affairs and conditions and they have submitted the findings to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The leaders along with YS Jagan have discussed the issues in the findings and plan to have a large-scale public meet on February 19, called BC Garjana in a large scale way. Details of the event would be shared in due course. The meeting was attended by senior party leaders Botsa Satyanarayana, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Parthasarathy,Janga Krishnamurthy, Jogi Ramesh, Pilli Subhash Chandrabose and others.
