Vijay Deverakonda NOTA First Look

The first look of Vijay Deverakonda's bilingual film NOTA was launched and this was announced by the actor on his Twitter handle. The first look carries Vijay’s face with his finger showing up inked. Going by the poster it appears to be intense drama on today's politics and NOTA stand for 'none of the above' which is seen while voting list and vote can choose this option if he doesn't wish to any candidate in the list.

To be released in Tamil and Telugu, the flick is being directed by Anand Shankar, who clarified that it's a political drama and different from Vijay's rom-com movies like Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy.

Mehreen and Vijay have teamed up for the first time in this film. The duo have shared screen space for a Holi song. Director Anand Shankar’s last film was Irumugan starring Chiyaan Vikram which was a big hit. When asked how and why he picked Deverakonda, the maker said, “I’ve been thinking of exploring opportunities in Telugu industry. When I pitched this story to producer Gnanavel Raja, he suggested that we take it to Vijay and everything just fell in place.”

On the professional front, Vijay would be seen in Taxiwala releasing on May 18. He would also be seen in a film funded by the big production house Geeta Arts and will be doing a cameo in the most talked about film Mahanati.
