'President's rule should be imposed in AP' - Sakshi Post

YSRCP Central Governing Council Member, Mysoora Reddy, demanded imposing of President’s rule in Andhra Pradesh as Chandrababu Naidu’s government had failed in protecting the democracy in the state.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad on Saturday, he asked how some unknown persons could enter the election hall in Ongole when the ZP election was in progress.

He said that state government failed in maintaining law and order in the state. “Chandrababu government lost the right to rule the state,” commented the senior YSRCP leader.

“We will request President of India to impose President’s rule in the state,” said Mysoora Reddy.

He demanded to conduct the election for Chairpersons of ZPs in Nellore and Prakasam district on Saturday itself. “If that was not done, we will meet President of India,” said the YSRCP leader.

“It is appearing that there was a clear misuse of power by TDP. Are we living in democracy? We have already complained to the DGP J.V.Ramudu on the incidents that took place in Nellore, Ongole and Kurnool during the ZP chief elections,” said Mysoora Reddy.
