Karthika Deepam Spoiler Alert Today's Episode September 23: Family Reunion

In today's episode of Karthika Deepam, Mounitha plans to take revenge on Deepa and vows to ruin her family. Meanwhile, Soundarya and Anand Rao feel elated after seeing Karthik enjoying with his children. Soundarya and their family spend some quality time. Deepa and Karthik go out with their children.

In yesterday's episode,  Mounitha acts weird in jail. Hima and Sourya ask Soundarya to tell them about her childhood. They spend some quality time with Soundarya. Later, they request her not to lie to them going forward. Karthik lashes out at Deepa after learning about her decision to tell the truth to their children.
