After tasting back-to-back failures with Liger, Kushi and The Family Star, Vijay Deverakonda is finally taking corrective measures to put his career on the right path. Vijay is said to have chosen better scripts for his upcoming films - VD 12 with Gowtam Tinnanuri, VD 14 with Rahul Sankrityan and VD 15 with new-age director Ravi Kiran Kola. It can be noted that VD 13 - The Family Star - with Parusuram Petal ended as a colossal failure at the Box Office. Take a look at VD's promising line up of films.

VD12: Action Drama

Vijay is set to accompany Bhagyasree Borse in his upcoming Telugu film as a cop with Gowatam Tinnanuri.

The award-winning filmmaker joined hands with Devarakonda and can possibly help the actor gather his ground from previous losses like Liger. The famous Telugu actor claims his heart skipped a few beats when he read the script as he took to Instagram to share the poster of the film portraying a cop whose face is wrapped in a cloth. This could possibly hint at the inclusion of aspects like crime and a spy thriller.

VD14: Period Action Drama

The Arjun Reddy star is all set to accompany Rahul Sankritiyan once again for his upcoming movie with promises to again achieve the profits like their previous collaboration "Taxiwaala". All that is disclosed is the backdrop of the film revolves around the Rayalaseema region

Fans are hoping that the "Shyam Singha Roy" director is expected to deliver the much-needed success for Vijay.

VD 15: Rustic Rural Action Drama

Recently, Vijay Devarakonda announced his collaboration wth new-age director Ravi Kiran Kola, of Raja Varu Rani Garu Fame. Touted to be a rustic rural action drama laced with romance, the film is bankrolled by ace producer Dil Raju. This film marks Vijay's first film in the rural action genre. The Pan India film is expected to be made on a large canvas.
