Progress Card: AP No.1 In GSDP Growth Rate, 3rd In Industrial Development

Under CM YS Jagan's leadership, Andhra Pradesh state has climbed to the top spot in GSDP growth rate by 2021-2022, a remarkable increase from the 22nd position in 2019 during former CM Chandrababu's tenure.
Andhra Pradesh's per capita income has increased to the 9th position under Jagan's administration, a significant climb from the 17th spot during Chandrababu's regime
Approximately 4.93 lakh government sector jobs have been granted, of which 2.13 lakh are regular positions. Whereas, Chandrababu's administration had filled only about 34,000 job vacancies.
The agricultural growth rate for 2021-2022 reached 8.2 per cent, securing the 5th position nationally. It can be noted that the agricultural growth rate in the TDP rule was negative 6.5 (2019) with the 27th spot in the country.
Andhra Pradesh climbed from a shallow 27th position under the TDP government to secure the 3rd spot in industrial development under CM Jagan's visionary leadership.
In the past 52 months, approximately 2.5 lakh MSME units were established, a significant increase compared to the 40,000 units brought during the Naidu government
