East Godavari: Mobile Theatre With Imax Experience Launched Ahead Of Acharya Release

EAST GODAVARI: A new mobile theater was inaugurated on Monday ahead of the Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya  movie release, which promises to give viewers an experience as good as watching on an IMAX screen!

The Mobile theatre has come up next to the Habitat Restaurant near the GSL Medical College in Rajanagaram in East Godavari District. GSL Educational Institutions Chairman Dr. Ganni Bhaskara Rao inaugurated the mobile theatre on Monday.

Talking about the features of the mobile theatre,  Chaitanya, one of the organizers, said that the theater was set up by Picture Time, and was meant for people living in the rural areas and also give them the feeling of watching a movie in an Imax format.

Made of inflatable acoustic material (inflatable tent), the theater can withstand all weather conditions and is safe from fire hazards.

The theater has a 120-seating capacity and a 35mm screen which has been licensed for a year. He said that they kickstart the theatre with  Chiranjeevi's upcoming film Acharya film, which will be released on the 29th of this month.

Tickets for the mobile theatre are available online as well as at the booking counter, he said.

GSL representatives Dr. Ganni Sandeep, Dr. G. Tarun, and others participated in the inaugural function.
