Met Again Predicts 5 Hotter Days Before Rains In Telangana

Hyderabad: Barely 24 hours after the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heavy rains with strong winds rest of this month of May, the IMD seems to have altered its statement cautioning people saying that five hotter days will trouble people.
Meanwhile, Municipal Administration Minister K Taraka Rama Rao directed the officials to make arrangements for the monsoon. He also directed the officials to demolish the dilapidated buildings in the city to avoid mishap like it had happened last year.
Generally, Hyderabad city faces high temperatures from March to May and the summer may sometimes extend to the onset of monsoon in the second week of June.
