This Top Director Has His Eye On Prabhas After Saaho’s Results!

Rebel star Prabhas has won the hearts of over a million with the 'Baahubali' franchise. He enjoys a massive fan following across the globe. The kind of stardom that Prabhas enjoys is more witnessed with stars of the 80s like Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. These legendary actors were featured in more than 50 movies in their respective careers. But, Prabhas has acted only in 18 movies in a career span of 16 years.

These films made him the 'Darling' of the nation. He last appeared in 'Saaho' but the film couldn't do well at the box office as it expected. 'Saaho' did huge business in Hindi, Prabhas had become a household name throughout India too. After Karan Johar, this top director is looking forward to joining hands with Prabhas.

He is not Telugu or Hindi director but the Tamil director Shankar who made high budget films such as Sivaji, Robo, I and 2.0. Currently, Shankar is occupied with Bharateeyudu 2 which will see Kamal Haasan in the lead.

Sources tell us that Shankar is now preparing a script for Prabhas, adding that like most of Shankar’s films, the intended movie with Prabhas will also have a strong message in it. Shankar is thinking of making a film bigger than 'Baahubali'. If all goes as planned then Prabhas' movie with Shankar might go on floors in 2020.

On the work front, Prabhas will soon be seen in 'Jaan' a film helmed by Radha Krishna, produced by UV Creations. Watch this space for more.
