Prabhas Says Kabir Singh looks better than Arjun Reddy; Oh No, You Didn’t!

T series had recently launched the trailer for ‘Kabir Singh,’ The Hindi version of our very own Vijay Devarakonda’s ‘Arjun Reddy’. This movie has Sahid Kapoor in the lead role.

Prabhas while shooting for his upcoming flick ‘Saaho’ had watched the trailer during one of his breaks of the film. Aalim Hakim his hairstylist had connected Prabhas and Shahid on call as Prabhas really liked what he saw. Aalim Khan had spoken about the incident to a media house. “ Prabhas watched the trailer during one of his breaks from shooting. He really liked it and asked for me to connect him to Shahid Kapoor. He then told Sahid Kapoor that this was ‘Better than the original’. Both of hem chated for over seven minutes.”

Now that has not gone down well with Telugu viewers. We have all loved Vijay Devarakondas role in Arjun Reddy and to bring a comparison makes no sense as of yet.

The teaser of Kabir Singh dropped on the Intenet earlier this week to a tumultuous response across all social media platforms. Watch it here:

In Kabir Singh, Shahid Kapoor plays the eponymous character, who is a gifted doctor dealing with anger management issues and alcoholism. In Arjun Reddy, actor Vijay Deverakonda played the lead role. After the teaser of Kabir Singh released on the Internet, Vijay also gave a shout out to Shahid on Twitter and wrote: "Sending my love and best wishes to my men Sandeep Vanga (director), Shahid Kapoor and the lady Kiara Advani."
