Charan Heeds Kalyan Babai Advice To Adopt AP Village Hit By Titli

Tollywood actor Ram Charan adopted a village in Srikakulam district, which was hit by Cyclone Titli last week. Ram Charan came forward to contribute after his uncle Power Star Pawan Kalyan urged the Telugu film industry to make a difference in the lives of Titli victims by adopting villages. With this, Ram Charan joined the likes of Allu Arjun Jr NTR, Nikhil Siddartha and Varun Tej, who contributed their mite to the cyclone victims.
In a statement released earlier today, Ram Charan said he was extremely happy to be in a position to contribute to the flood-hit villagers. "During his tour of the cyclone hit regions of Srikakulam and Vijayanagaram, Kalyan Babai suggested that I adopt one of the affected villages. I'm glad that Babi came up with this idea and it makes me extremely happy and privileged that I'm in a position to contribute and make a difference. I've decided to implement Babai's suggestion and have already discussed it with my team to initiate the process,” he said in the statement.
Earlier, Aravinda Sametha actor Jr NTR contributed Rs 15 lakh while Allu Arjun aka Bunny announced a donation of Rs 25 lakh to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Watch this space for more updates on Cyclone Titli.
