Tollywood sensation Vijay Deverakonda is walking in the footsteps of Mahesh and Pawan. How else would you explain Vijay's Kollywood debut with just a few films to his credit? Deverakonda made his debut in Kollywood with NOTA which failed miserably at the box office. Now, what went wrong? Well, for starters the controversy surrounding the film and two, the content. What suits the taste of a particular region need not appeal to everyone else. So, that was a miscalculation. Moreover,it has always happened in the past too that when an actor attempts to make his film bilingual or trilingual, it also hits the original movie hard. Same seems to have happened to NOTA too.

So, Vijay Deverakonda has moved on and on the career front, some amazing films have been lined up for Vijay Deverakonda in his kitty. On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda's Taxiwala was supposed to release next. However, rumors mills have it that Taxiwala may not get released on the promised date. It would take some time for the film to open in theatres.
