Prabhas Marriage Date Confirmed, Mark Your Calendars

Bollywood is gearing for star marriages like those of Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas which are already on cards. Now, Back home, Tollywood fans are desperately waiting to hear the wedding bells of two actors—Anushka and Prabhas. Now, this is a not another speculation about Anushka and Prabhas getting married. After the duo refuted rumours and said they were just good friends, stories of their link-up have stopped. Here's the latest on Tollywood's most eligible bachelor. It's a known fact that Prabhas has been postponing his marriage for years now.

The actor has even stopped giving media interview for fear of fielding questions on his marriage. So what if Prabhas is keeping his distance from the media, his marriage news is always a hot topic of discussion on social media network. Recently, Prabhas stated to a leading channel that if marriage was his personal matter and didn't want to discuss it in public. He also said that once it is fixed, he would let the media know.

While Baahubali was on floors people asked Prabhas's uncle Krishnamraj about his marriage. Krishnamraju said it would happen after the shoot of Baahubali. It's been over a year since Baahubali hit theatres but there is no update on Prabhas wedding. Currently, he is busy with the shoot of Saaho which is said to be bigger than Baahubali.

If grapevine doing the rounds is any indiciation, then Prabhas family has finally decided to get him married soon after Saaho hits theatres which means Prabhas wedding date has been set and will take place by the middle of next year.

According to a latest report doing the rounds on social media, Prabhas family are on the lookout for a suitable bride for Prabhas. A few reports also claim that the girl has been finalised and it's just a matter of time before Prabhas ties the knot.

However, as of now, details of the bride hasn't been revealed but she would certainly hail from a big family. Post Baahubali, Prabhas received several marriage proposals from various people. Guess what? Prabhas is believed to have rejected 6000 marriage proposals due to various reasons. Speculation is rife that the actor could have rejected the proposals for Anushka. Let's hold that topic for another day. Now, be it Anushka or any other girl, Tollywood fans will soon be treated to another big fat wedding which is one of most awaited events in filmnagar circles.

Speaking of his next film, Prabhas's Saaho is in the last leg of its shoot and scheduled to hit theatres next year. The makers are yet to finalise the release date of the film. Saaho also boasts of an impressive star cast including the likes of Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh who will appear in key roles.
