Man Hit With Tubelight Near Patny Dies

Hyderabad: In a brutal incident, a 50-year-old man was attacked near Hari Hara Kala Bhavan in Secunderabad. The man, identified as Raju, succumbed to serious injuries while undergoing treatment at Gandhi hospital on Tuesday.

As per the details, the victim was attacked by a man named Srikanth with a tube light resulting in multiple critical injuries.

The duo is learned to have consumed alcohol together at a liquor shop in Patny on Tuesday. An argument ensued between them and Srikanth hit the victim with tube light several times. He later fled the spot while the injured was rushed to Gandhi Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

A case has been registered in this regard and the police have launched efforts to nab the accused.
