Collectors’ Day Out: Amrapali, Preeti Meena Hike In Bayyaram Forest 

Mahabubabad: Warangal Urban District Collector Amrapali Kata and Mahabubabad District Collector Preeti Meena on Monday took a break from their hectic work to experience an adventurous trekking in Bayyaram forest, which falls under Khammam district of Telangana.

Both the lady IAS officers walked 12 kms a stretch in the forest discovering several water bodies and fauna in the deep jungle. While both the woman IAS officers were enthusiastically taking part in the hiking, the gunmen who accompanied them apparently got tired. Now the photos are going viral in social media.

IAS Preeti Meena was in news after she faced a bitter experience with TRS MLA Shanker Naik during Haritha Haaram programme in Mahabubabad town.

Amrapali had recently hogged headlines after she had encouraged students to tell lies to get jobs. Immediately, Telangana Minister Kadiam Srihari tried to correct her by asking the youngsters to study hard to crack interviews.
