AP Budget:YS Jagan Committed To Develop Mangalagiri As World-Class City

Mangalagiri: Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath who presented the state budget for 2019-20 in the assembly on Friday, stated that the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy - led government sought to move away from 'income-less and meaningless' double-digit growth to usher in 'household income-based growth and development.' As part of the Budgetary allocation,a sum of Rs 500 crore has been allocated for the creation of essential infrastructure for new capital city,while another Rs 50 crore was allotted for Amaravati Capital City Development Project at Mangalagiri.

As part of developing the weaving industry, a sum of Rs 200 crore was allotted under the new budgetary allocation. The people of Mangalagiri expressed happiness that the efforts of the YSRCP Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy (RK) has finally paid off.

RK who was pitted against TDP leader and former IT Minister Nara Lokesh, won the elections with a majority. Known as people's man he has been extensively working at the ground level in his constituency for the development of Mangalagiri to make it a Model City.He has also been vocal in his fight against the TDP government's stance against the Capital region farmers and still continues to do so . In recognition of his services, YS Jagan appointed him as the CRDA Chairman recently.

Both the citizens and political parties have hailed AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's decision to grant special funds for the development of Mangalagiri.
