YSRCP Issues Whip for Vote Against Budget

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party on Tuesday issued a whip to its members asking them to attend the Assembly proceedings on March 29 and 30 and vote against the appropriation bill.The budget proposals presented by the government would be approved in the form of appropriation bill on the concluding day of the budget session.

Party whip N. Amarnath Reddy issued a four-line order which is to be followed by all the MLAs who got elected on the party's ticket. It can be recalled that eight YSR Congress MLAs who crossed fences into TDP kept themselves away from the House when the party moved a no-confidence motion against the government as well as Speaker earlier this session. To avoid disqualification, they have to attend the House as instructed in the whip.
