Justice MSK Jaiswal To Head SCDRC

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has appointed former High Court judge MSK Jaiswal as the chairman of Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Jaiswal will retire after he attains the age of 67 or after five years of charge. His duties include sorting out state bifurcation issues and hearing consumer dispute cases. MSK Jaiswal retired in February, 2018 from the Hyderabad High Court as a judge.
