Tehelka Exposed That Chanrababu Is The Richest CM In India 13 Years Ago: Bhumana

Hyderabad: YSRCP General Secretary Bhumana Karunakar Reddy on Thursday pooh-poohed the details of Chandrababu Naidu's assets as revealed by his son Nara Lokesh on Wednesday. He said whether Naidu declares his assets or not is immaterial as the figures are always fictitious either ways.

Speaking to the media here, Bhumana said: "The Tehelka 13 years ago carried a story saying that Chandrababu Naidu is the country's richest Chief Minister. There wouldn't be any bigger joke than CM's claim of just having just Rs 3 crore. The way Naidu announced his assets looks like Ambanis and Adanis claiming to be poor people. If Naidu's assets grow, then it's a direct indication of increasing poverty levels in AP."

People were happy when Naidu's assets shrunk. According to Nara Lokesh's declaration of his family assets, Andhra people should donate Rs 100 each to Naidu's family. Common man also knows about how big is the financial empire of Naidu, said Bhumana.
