Amaravati: The motorists in Andhra Pradesh will get no petrol as the bunks will be operating from 6am to 6pm starting May 15. The AP Federation of Petroleum Traders president Ravi Gopalakrishna at a meeting in Vijayawada on Tuesday said that the decision would be implemented from May 15. After a decision to close petrol pumps on Sundays, now they decided to run only for 12 hours on week days.

The petrol bunk dealers and oil companies have failed to come to an agreement over various issues, the federation decided to reduce the hours saying they are unable to bear the maintenance cost.
