Anupama later reshared the post and added a heart symbol, which has intensified rumors about them being more than friends.

Earlier, at another event, when Anupama was asked “If your phone rang at 2 A.M., who from the industry would you call?” she playfully replied that she would call Dhruv — which again sparked more speculation among fans.
