YSRCP MP Margani Bharat Tears Into Pawan Kalyan Over Ustaad Bhagat Singh Poster
Rajahmundry: YSRCP MP Margani Bharat rebuked the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan on Thursday. He said the TDP leader is stuck in a time warp and needs to upgrade his politics.
Addressing a press conference here, Bharat said Naidu is still using the old chip and it's time for the opposition leader to wake up and see the reality. He said Naidu claims to be a champion of farmers rights but my question is where was he when 300 mandal were declared drought-hit during his TDP regime in the state. He said the TDP chief did not bother to visit affected farmers and enquire about them.
The YSRCP leader came down heavily on Pawan Kalyan over his upcoming film Ustaad Bhagat Singh poster in which the name of the movie is shown under the feet of the JSP leader. He questioned if Pawan was patriotic and said if he was he would not have insulted the revolutionary freedom fighter.
Bharat slammed the JSP chief for exposing his weakness by commenting on the agriculture sector. He wondered if Pawan knew anything about the YS Jagan government’s initiative — Rythu Bharosa Kendra (RBK). He advised the opposition leader to avoid commenting on farmer-friendly initiatives without supporting evidence.
