Singapore-rule Imposed In Andhra Pradesh: Mudragada

Kapu Community leader Mudragada Padmanabham - Sakshi Post

Kakinada: Kapu Community leader Mudragada Padmanabham accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of giving away valuable agricultural land to the Singapore companies. While the farmers in the state were already in dire straits, the TDP government was creating more troubles for them, he said.

Mudragada requested for an all-party meeting, including YSCP President YS Jagan and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan, to discuss issues faced by the farmers in the state. Chandrababu is trying to convert AP into a Singapore-ruled state, he accused. In this regard, the Kapu leader wrote an open letter to the leaders of opposition parties.

The letter read: "Chandrababu is giving away the lands of farmers, as if they are his ancestral properties. June 7, the date of handing over the lands to Singapore companies, should be treated as a black day. We have achieved independence after a long struggle. Now, time has come for fighting for freedom from the Singapore rule."

If the opposition parties were ready to join hands with the communist parties, he was ready to fight along with YS Jagan and Pawan Kalyan, Mudragada said. All the opposition parties should unite for this purpose, he added.
