Lokesh Tax in AP: YSRCP

Hyderabad: YSRCP has slammed the way TDP government is functioning in the State and criticized the corruption practices of Lokesh. Party official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that Lokesh has become a byword for corruption in Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to the media here, Ambati said: “Businessmen, traders and industrialists are paying Lokesh tax in AP on the lines the payments made to Nayeem in Telangana. Chandrababu Naidu’s vision is to see his son Lokesh as CM of AP, but it wouldn’t be fulfilled. YSRCP is not against the projects and capital city, but it opposes corrupt practices at all levels, while executing the projects.”

Ambati also doubted the claims of Chandrababu Naidu that AP received 15.6 per cent of the total investments in the country.
Ambati further demanded that elections be held in the constituencies where YSRCP sitting MLAs have defected to the Telugu Desam. “Let people decide whether they want YSRCP or TDP. I dare Chandrababu Naidu to declare elections in all those seats where all our MLAs have joined the ruling party,” said Ambati.
