It is being said that Mahesh Babu is creating unnecessary hype over ‘Maharshi’ business. The buzz is that 'Maharshi' has caught the box office by storm at not due to its content but because of its time of release—summer holidays, when there are no big ticket films lined up to compete with his film. It has been eighteen days 'Maharshi' hit theatres. Yet the film has failed to surpass the records set by Megatsra Chiranjeevi's 'Khaidi No.150' or Ram Charan's 'Rangasthalam'.

So trade pundis are now busy calculating how could Maharshi be declared a blockbuster hit? Here is the actual reason why Mahesh Babu should walk in the footprints of Jr NTR and Ram Charan.

If you recall, Ram Charan got huge fame and recognition with 'Magadheera' which was industry hit at the box office. Later on, he delivered a string flops such as- Orange, Toofan and Bruce Lee.

He bounced back with Rangasthalam which did resounding business across the world. However, Ram Charan is not seen talking about the records of Rangasthalam. Ram Charan has taken Rangasthalam success with a pinch of salt and moved on to a new project. The same thing happened with Jr NTR, at the beginning of his career; he delivered back to back hits—Aadi and Simhadri. Later on, he delivered a couple of flops. He was back as the undisputed king of box office with 'Temper' and delivered back to back hits until his last outing 'Aravinda Sametha'.

Jr NTR also didn't take about records of his own films. Now, the buzz in social media is that Jr NTR and Ram Charan have displayed extra maturity with respect to movie's success when compared to Mahesh Babu. They are saying that One of the most popular dialogues from 'Maharshi' suits Mahesh right now. “Manam Dabbu Kosam Parugedithe..Adhi Mana Kanna Vegamga Parugedutundi, Adhe Dabbuni Lekka Cheyakunda Parugedithe adhi Mana Venuka Parugethukuntu Vastundi”. Netizens on social media are urging Mahesh Babu to stop chasing box office records and instead focus on his movies.
