Box Office Clash: Samantha’s U-Turn Vs Chaitu’s Shailaja Reddy Alludu  

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have became one of the best jodis in Tollywood after their all-time blockbuster hit Ye Maya Chesave. The film ws directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon.

Currently, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha are waiting the release of Shailaja Reddy Alludu and U-Turn which are slated for release on September 13 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

For the first time, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha are gearing up to have a box office clash. It is a win-win situation for both of them. Sailaja Reddy Alludu and U-Turn have created immense buzz amongst the audiences with trailer, teaser and movie posters. It remains to be seen who will lead ahead in the race? Will it be Naga Chaitanya's Sailaja Reddy Allu or Samantha's U-Turn?

Sailaja Reddy Alludu is directed by Maruthi and touted to be a family drama. Ramya Krishna made a good comeback in Rajamouli's Baahubali series, is all set to play another powerful role. She will be seen as Chai's mother-in-law in the film. Anu Emmanuel of Naa Peru Surya fame will play Chaitu's love interest.

Samantha already scored a hat-trick this year with Rangasthalam, Mahanati and Irumbu Thirai which did astounding business at the box office. Her U-Turn has created a lot of hype after the trailer was out.

The film is directed by Pawan Kumar and co-produced by Srinivasa Chitturi, Rambabu Bandaru. It has a band of actors -Bhumika, Rahul Ravindran and Aadhi Pinisetty will appear in key roles. One look at the stellar star cast and it's easy to guess Samantha's U-Turn will taste success too at the box office. Moreover, the original Kannada film with the same title was declared a box office hit.
