“Crime Rate, Not Growth Rate Has Gone Up In Chandrababu Regime’’

Vijayawada: YSRCP leader Botsa Satyanaraya sarcastically said that he will give 100 out of 100 for Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu in corruption.

He told mediapersons that there was no growth in the three key determinants of GDP. Pattiseema project, he said, was built only to loot the public exchequer. He said the Government has not yet come out with an action plan on agriculture and no industry has come to the state till now. He sought to know what became of the fate of the slew of MoUs that Chandrababu Government had signed with investors at Vizag.

Botsa said that Chandrababu is quoting wrong statistics about growth rate in the state. He said the growth rate was a mere 5 per cent and not 12 per cent as claimed by Chandrababu.

He said the TDP leaders were plundering the natural resources in the state and the growth remained confined to papers only. He dared Chandrababu to prove his statistics. He also said that the crime rate has gone up not the growth rate.
