Birthday Bumps: Superstar Rajinikanth  

It's Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth's 67th birthday today. The Thalaivar of the Tamil film industry didn't celebrate his birthday for the last two years due to Chennai Floods and the demise of Jayalalithaa.

According to sources, Rajinikanth will have a low-key celebration this year too due to Cyclone Ochki because of which nearly 500 Tamil fishermen are still missing and 40 people died.

This is the third time that the Tamil superstar has chosen to stay away from the fan frenzy. Reports suggest that, Rajinikanth is all set to enter politics. He's likely to launch his own party.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is awaiting the release of 2.0 which is slated for release next year in the month of April. Apart from the Kollywood Thalaivar, the film also features Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles. Watch this space for more updates.
