Muslims Pledge Their Support To YSRCP At Har Dil Main YSR Programme  

Rajahmundry: Muslims from the city join YSR Congress Party under ‘Har Dil Me YSR’ programme held under the guidance of the YSRCP city coordinator Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao here on Thursday.

YRCP leader Routhu Suryaprakasa Rao referred to the Praja Sankalpa Yatra as a mass outreach initiative by the leader of the opposition Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

He said that while in the yatra, YS Jagan has the first-hand experience of issues with the minorities and has given assurance to implement welfare schemes for their upliftment. He pleaded with the Muslim community to support YS Jagan in the upcoming elections.

Later talking to the media the Muslim leaders remembered that former Chief Minister late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy came up with many welfare schemes for the minorities in the state and they were reaping the benefits of those schemes.

They extended their support to YS Jagan in the upcoming elections and predicted that YS Jagan is going to come out in flying colours at the ballot, as he had assured welfare schemes for Muslims.

Also present at the event were Muslim leaders Sayyed Ghouse Mohinuddin, Sk Mastan, Sk Khan, Md Arifullah Khan, YSRCP city president N Srinu and others.
