10 Most Awaited Action Films in 2018
The Hindi audience enjoy watching action flicks and there is no dearth of action films in Bollywood, apart from routine rom-com or drama genres. And this year seems to promising with many action films lined up to thrill the audience. Here's what is in store for you ahead:

1. Thugs of Hindostan
Based on novel ‘Confessions of a Thug’ is said to most expensive film of Yash Raj banner. It has an ensemble cast with the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Dangal fame Fatima Sana Shaikh.
2. Bhavesh Joshi
Anil Kapoor son Harshvardhan Kapoor is all set to check his luck in this second film after Mirzya tanked at the box-office. The movie is being produced by Phantom Films.
3. Baaghi 2
The film is the sequel of Baaghi, and this film has Tiger Shroff and Disha Pathani. The action flick is gearing up for release on April 27.
4. Drive
Starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez, the film comes from Karan Johar.
5. Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi
Kangana Ranaut will be seen playing the eponymous character Manikarnika. And the film has already raised expectations level to greater height. With massive set and stellar star cast the film is likely to be positive period drama. Interestingly, it is directed by Tollywood filmmaker Krish.
6. Junglee
Starring Vidyut Jammwal, the action film is directed by Hollywood director Chuck Russell.
7. Saaho
Tollywood actor who became a household name after Baahubali will be seen in Saaho, which will also release in Telugu. The film stars B-town actress Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh is the antagonist.
8. Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran
Based on nuclear bomb test explosion in 1998 conducted by Indian Army, it stars John Abraham, Diana Penty, Boman Irani.
9. Simmba
Golmaal fame Rohit Shetty will helm Simmba which has Ranveer Singh. It is said that Kajal Aggarwal will be playing the lead role.
10. 2.0
Directed by Shankar, it is the sequel of hit film Enthiran (Robot) released in 2010. Starring Rajnikanth and also has Khiladi Akshay Kumar.
