TDP crack whips on rebels

Cracking the whip on the rebels, the TDP on Saturday suspended eight rebel candidates from the party.

Some TDP leaders have filed their papers in protest against allotment of the seat to the BJP. Some of these candidates have even been given the B forms. These leaders are questioning the suspension. "Why were B forms given. Why were we asked to file our papers and why are we being suspended now," asked a party candidate.

Some leaders said this was another drama being enacted by Chandrababu Naidu.

The following is the list of the candidates suspended by the party.

3. T.V.Rama Rao – Kovvur
4.Durga Prasad – Kadapa
5. Jitendar – Guntakal
6.Jayaraj – Kurupam
7.Kumbha Ravibabu – Araku
8. Anita – Bheemili
