Nuzvid TDP Leader Gives Shock to Naidu Ahead of Elections

 - Sakshi Post

Eluru: Trouble is brewing for the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Nuzvid as the former TDP-incharge and ex-MLA Mudraboina Venkateswara Rao has expressed his dissatisfaction with the party leadership. He has claimed that the party chief Chandrababu Naidu has cheated him. A visibly upset Rao tore up the TDP poster in the Nuzvid party office.

Venkateswara Rao said he infused a new life into the party and revived it from extinction in Nuzvid. He said he worked hard for 10 years to strengthen the party and always complied with the party’s directives.

Former Nuzvid TDP MLA also said that as a TDP member he helped the needy persons during Covid-19 pandemic even though the party’s state office remained closed. He further said all his hard work went in vain as Naidu has ignored him and is  fielding Kolusu Parthasarathy from Nuzvid Assembly segment. Notably, the TDP leadership recently named Parthasarathy as the party’s incharge for Nuzvid constituency. He said he will take a call on quitting the party after discussing with his supporters.
