Jagan turns Vinukonda into 'Jana Konda'

Making a fervent appeal to elect a pro-poor dispensation to power, YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday, addressing a large gathering at Vinukonda, said the state has gone from bad to worse after the sad demise of Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

"Chandrababu Naidu is making a slew of promises. But, he never tried to implement them when he was in power for nine long years. He has never cared for the problems of the people," YS Jagan said and asked the people to question Chandrababu when he comes to seek votes.

“Chandrababu never tried to know the sufferings of the students when he was the chief minister,” said Y.S.Jagan.

{joomplucat:1554 limit=4|columns=4|ordering=random}                                       He exhorted the people to question Chandrababu why did he allow liquor belt shops in every village. Why did he join hands with the Congress even while it was trying to divide the state, Jagan asked.

He said it is Chandrababu's wont that he stabs a person in the back and then garlands the same person's statue for votes. “Chandrababu is someone who stabbed his father-in-law in the back,” said Y.S.Jagan.

“How can we trust such a person?,” he asked.

Y.S.Jagan said that Chandrababu was telling lies to get votes in these elections. He clarified that it was not possible to provide employment for one person in each family.

“There are only 20 lakh jobs in the state. But, Chandrababu says he would provide 3.5 crore jobs,” he said adding that he can cannot speak lies like Chandrababu. "I cannot resort to dirty politics. I have inherited credibility from my late father," he averred.
